 I struggled with general anxiety and anxiety attacks for many years. I know how it feels, and how it takes over your life. I also know how to recover, and that’s why I became an anxiety coach. I’ve spent the last 20 years studying and gathering some amazing tools and wisdom teachings to help anyone looking for support with overcoming anxiety.

As an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and qualified practitioner of Meridian Energy Therapies (EFT Tapping) my coaching work is rooted in the emotional freedom available from Tapping and the life changing support and wisdom of Ayurveda (the ancient science of life).
