Thirty years ago I made the decision to leave my stressful job in central London and move on to a lifestyle that offered me the chance for deep contemplation and personal growth. I immersed myself in the wisdom of the Vedas and fell in love with India’s ancient science of life - Ayurveda.

Over the years I have gathered a wonderful collection of tools and techniques for calming stress and anxiety. I've taught workshops throughout the UK, and shared hundreds of articles and podcasts on creating a calm and conscious life. 



I am an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant and have been an active student of the Vedas in the Bhakti Yoga Tradition for 30 years.

I’m a Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Humanistic Nuero-Linguistic Psychology, and Time Line Therapy, and Meridian Energy Therapies (EFT Tapping).

I have been practicing and teaching EFT Tapping for 20 years and am the author of the Art and Science of Emotional Freedom EFT Manual.

My primary qualification is experience and a genuine desire to help you feel calm and at the wheel of your life.
