Anxiety & Personal Development Coaching with Ananga 

Over the last 25 years I've studied and gathered a wonderful collection of tools and techniques that anyone can learn to calm stress and anxiety. I've taught workshops throughout the UK and shared hundreds of articles and podcasts on creating a calm and conscious life.

My work is in helping people overcome stress and anxiety and understand themselves better. I can help you know more about how your mind works, and how to build more peace and tranquility into your life through simple supportive adjustments.

I will always work with your priorities and am trained to listen first and then support.



My primary qualification is experience and a genuine desire to help you feel calm and in control of your life. My "on paper" qualifications are as follows: Certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Humanistic Nuero-Linguistic Psychology, and Time Line Therapy, a Licensed Practitioner & Trainer of Meridian Energy Therapies and a Stage 1 Hypnotherapist Practitioner.

I have been a student of the Vedas for 30 years and am an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant

Reservations can be made up to 2 weeks in advance via the booking service above.

Payment for sessions should be made in advance by Paypal. In the event of unforeseen circumstances arising - for example, technical issues with Skype - and our session not going ahead as planned a full refund will be issued.


Cancellation and Rescheduling

24 hours notice is required for all rescheduling and cancellations. Cancellations made in advance of 24 hours will receive a full refund. Cancellations that do not give 24 hours notice and no-shows will be charged the full session fee. If you arrive late for your session, the session will proceed with the time remaining at the full session fee.
